Network adapter cards and DPUs from any maker for Ethernet and InfiniBand, in PCIe Gen3 to Gen5 form factors. ConnectX-3 covers FDR and 40GbE; ConnectX-4 and ConnectX-5 reach EDR 100Gb/s and 100GbE; ConnectX-6 reaches HDR 200Gb/s; ConnectX-7 reaches NDR 400Gb/s on PCIe 5.0. Three things decide fitment before line rate does: PCIe generation and lane width, bracket height (tall or short), and protocol — VPI cards run either fabric, EN cards run Ethernet only. Bench-tested for link training and firmware state by T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS.
